Doesn't look like an A-50 for additional Phalcons as the A-50s haven't got the glass bombers windows and have the radome and a2a refuelling probe already attached. Given it is not part of the Phalcon AWACS programme for IAF it would be interesting to know what the IAF IL-76 is doing in Israel. Possibly for some modifications if it is one of the IAF IL-76 operated by ARC.

I don't think that it should be surprising to see an IAF IL-76 in Israel. India has many defence related projects in Israel and that IL-76 could be there for any of them.

Indian SOFs trains regularly with their Israeli counterparts. This could be a reason.
