Well, it's only a matter of time before there isn't an absolute monarchy left in the world. Other than Qatar, UAE, KSA, Bahrain, Morocco, Oman, every country now is a parliamentary democratic, having either indirect or direct voting by the people.

With live drone footage capability, one can easily assume that Saudis now have top level weaponry in their hands for targeted killings ...which drone was used ? was the missile fired from a drone or some fighter plane while drone was used for video surveillance ?

Appears to be Chinese made CH-4 drone. Iraq uses these against ISIS.
