Please go back and read my post again and again and again, until you get to understand my point. I listen to Hamid mir, asma jhangir, & najam sethi for my personal anaylsis whenever I fee like, but we are not talking about them here.
The word media does not revolve around them, its about putting leash to a mad dog, would you put a dog to leash or simply shoot it down?.

What I am trying to say here is PEMRA needs to put media back to its place. Media should not have been allowed to film a live op - Case close.
They had the audacity to go to Lyari and film the poor innocent victims of lyari when it was clearly shown that Rockets / RPGs were fired from that side.........
I am talking about putting a stop to such things......

Nobody is working for other country and nobody is agent of other country. They are Pakistanis and they have right for freedom of expression. Even i don't like hamid mir and some others, but i respect their opinion. Actually this is reality that vast majority watch them, That's why they are getting too many sponsors and still their program is Hot and continue.........

Hello, You did not understand my post, yes Turkey is my role model. My friend Slave Defence is saying that images should not be shown or people will go chaotic and frustrated but my personal thoughts are people are already frustrated but not chaotic that is the trait of Pakistan and that there is no revolution in making not any time soon, my idea is to show people what taliban/terrorists have done so that people hate them even more I believe people won't go AMOK over it. It has been 13 Years after nu giyarah, people of Pakistan and calm while every goverment fks them good yet Pakistani awam smiles back.

nobody is talking about not to show the terrorists attack, infact under new CT & E policy 2013 it has been clearly defined that media will have a role to play, they will show the impact of terrorism on the lives of innocent people, they will launch an anti-terrorism campaign broadcasting shows condemning the attacks, films dramas etc.
it is to stop other things which are done in the name of azadi-e- sahafat

I believe that banning is not a solution,as I have mentioned earlier that they must be issued notifications in which they are told limits,and later on,if any channel cross it,then must be banned.

exactly - i think now is time to share what i have written on PEMRA and Yellow Journalism after Islamabad stand off - yes i wrote a report on it before i got sick.
but it revolves around PEMRA.
PEMRA ordinance is very clear on the subject, its about enforcement, my advice you PEMRA ordinance 2007 on their website or wait for my report.
Problem in Pakistan is not policy making, its the enforcement of the orders, that is the major hurdle.

We must show them what operation is carried by our army,such as clips of Operation Rah e Raast,Operation Rah e nijat and further Operation,and then we must show them the wine bottles caught from their hide outs etc.

This will give us following benefits:

-Support for Pakistan army will be increased.

-Trust deficiency will be recovered which is created due to politicians and some media journalists.

-Public will psychologically feel secure,tell me @Luftwaffe if you will only show them the threat of terrorists and not measures,then public will feel itself insecure and their frustration will be transformed into useless,harmful aggression.

-We must learn how to use media as tool,if we failed,then you can imagine of consequences

That's the problem we don't have Chinese or US like military channel that keep posting[updating us of information related to Armed Forces if you have seen pentagon channel and the Chinese ones I forgot the name. Our media has neglected that part but also our Armed Forces seems not interested in recording battlefield videography, let people see how terrorists are blown into pieces. This is the main problem,that is why other 'awami' channels always succeed to increase propaganda against our armed forces,and if we will not open an army channel then imagine then leeches like Hamid Mir will continue to blame army and our corrupted politicians will keep on damaging the strong impression of army.

Here is the strategy I suggest you:

Media Strategy to counter response:

We must counter response them and trust me,public is more passionate to hear from army officials,rather then common journalist or so called analyst.
Second,you don't even need to show off terrorists blasted into pieces,as again Taliban sympathizers will took benefit and potray that Pakistan army is cruel etc,instead show talibans blowing up army,let people become aggressive,when their aggression and excitement to see counter response increases,then show them the counter-operation done by army,then,show the statement of pro-taliban politicians and journalists like Saleem Safi and then question mark on screen.
Then see for yourself how pressure will be build up against pro-taliban mindsets who are working to create pro-taliban lobby in our various sectors of Pakistan.
