China Russia agree to the arrangements and get to exploit their share of resources.

Pakistan gets a relatively peaceful neighbor, and may be lesser burden of refugees.

And india gets to build the graves for Northern Alliance.

For the stability of Afghanistan, some kind of economically productive settlement needs to be reached that allows corridors for trade, and locals to work with foreign resources development companies without a "Scramble for Afghanistan" starting all over again like the 90s.

In effect, Will China and Pakistan deal with Iran and Russia to have their spheres of influence; "de-facto" partition the country?
