Unfortunately, defense issues are treated as a joke in my country. We do not have schools, we do not have hospitals, we do not have transportation, do not have fighters, but we have football stadiums.

Who will call in case of a war? The air force or Ronaldinho, Neymar and Pelé?

I was thinking that Brazil is Acquiring Nuclear Subs & Aircraft Carriers but their Entire Jet Inventory is Old
but then again Brazil has no Immediate threats

Like China has Japan America
India has Pakistan
so you don't need a large armed forces

Why not offer the JF-17? Its reasonably priced also end user friendly i.e. they can fit any fire control systems etc.
