The attack on the 15-year-old in Kentucky, US, was also filmed on a mobile phone and distributed by the men, it is claimed.

Tyler Perry, 19, Dayton Ross Jones, 20 and Samuel Miller, 18, have all been charged with serious sexual assault, promoting a sexual performance by a minor and use of a minor in sexual performance.

Two 17-year-olds are accused of assaulting the boy last Sunday at a party in Hopkinsville – 75 miles northwest of Nashville.

One is charged with first-degree sodomy and tampering with physical evidence.

The other with possession and viewing matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor.

They are believed to have shared the footage of the attack via mobile phone and authorities are currently unaware if it was posted online.

The boy is reported to have suffered a punctured colon and injured bladder but said to be recovering.

Perry has also been charged with tampering with evidence, while Jones and Miller face additional charges of distribution of materials showing a sexual performance by a minor, authorities said.

Perry, Jones and Miller are being held on a $1million (£630,000) bond each, according to the Christian County Jail.

Jones has been dismissed from the Arkansas State University golf team while the investigation is carried out.

The refusal to acknowledge that a majority of the people in developed countries do not identify with and will stand up against this sort of crap unlike the position in their country is simply the first step towards failing to ensure a better standard of life for themselves. the response is 'How to save face.' Not 'Where has law enforcement failed? Or 'how can we improve the judicial process towards sexual assaults.' Not 'there is a social attitude problem here.'

Unfortunately, sexual violence is high in a lot of the parts of the world. The difference is attitude towards the victims.

Victims of robbery, and other crimes of physical violence are treated with compassion. But a crime of sexual violence is treated as if a Woman's 'honor' has been extinguished.

Instead of understanding, compassion and recognising the fact that, this will cause deep trauma for the victim.

City Tense as 19-year-old Shot Dead by Police

Atmosphere in the US city of Madison in Wisconsin has been tense following the shooting of a 19-year-old man by a police officer.

Protesters staged demonstrations near the scene of the shooting and near the building housing the police headquarters.

"I'm frustrated, I'm angry, because we have been saying, Young, Gifted and Black Coalition, have been saying over and over again if the issue of racial disparities and racial injustices aren't dealt with, that we will soon have a Ferguson on our hands."

But Police Chief Mike Koval said the man was shot after an altercation with the officer and died at a hospital.

He added the officer fired more than one shot after the 19-year-old had assaulted him.
Koval did not know if the man was armed.

The state Department of Justice's Division of Criminal Investigation is investigating the shooting.
