Interesting, Pakistan really don't have much of an active relationship with AZB, last I heard they were interested in the JF-17.

Our relationship with AZB will improve as soon as we start improving our relations with the Turks, not that it is in a bad state now, but has grown stale.

‘Unlimited trade potential between Pakistan, Azerbaijan’

KARACHI: Establishment of joint businesses between Pakistan and the Republic of Azerbaijan could enhance the trade volume between these two countries 100 times greater than the existing minimum level of trade.

Ambassador of Republic of Azerbaijan Dashgin Shikarov said in a meeting with the Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) that the business community in Pakistan is faced with underutilisation of their full capacity due to energy and gas shortages in the country and that could be overcome by trading with Azerbaijan. “To meet such deficiency of energy, Pakistan could import lubricants, oil and gas, and other petroleum products from Azerbaijan,” he offered.

He said Azerbaijan is open for assistance to Pakistani business community and cooperation in the field of development. He expressed the entrepreneurs in Azerbaijan are interested in importing surgical instruments, agricultural and many other products from Pakistan directly rather than importing indirectly via interference of any middle country like United States of America, UAE, etc. mohsin khan
