UN report on casualties is evidence , 60% civilian killed by IED's which were planted for ISAF not for civilians.

so now you trust UN reports

There is the small matter of 40+ nations under a U.N. mandate inside Afghanistan by invitation of a muslim government and defending Afghanistan from muslim attackers.

Afghans can't afford to bear much more of this so-called defense. The taliban are already killing more afghans than ISAF soldiers annually and the toll is at an increasing, not decreasing rate.

I wonder what the mufti might say to that?

Now you are reaching to point from where ISAF had taken wrong turn, Talaban Shaurah is not enemy of any nation , they declared Jehad because ISAF try to by pass them and attacked Afghanistan.

In Khalafat country dont have more importance main issue is right decision as per shariah law.

If Talaban shourah court is ready to provide OBL to ISAF( if evidence provided ) why US is spending 70 Billlion USD annually war in Afghanistan?

And the crimes i posted above to you was commited by the taliban long before the americans came to Afghanistan. How about them(the taliban) being the slaves of Arabs and other countries, slave is a slave no matter if the master muslim or non muslim.

AT can not face fire power of ISAF until they get stinger , they could fight back due ISAF cobra helicopters advantage.

Using IED's is their gurrilla war strategy which is sucessfull because majority of ISAF forces casaulties are due to IED's.

the talibani crimes in AFghanistan can be divided into 2 phases, before the americans in AFghanistan and after that. what do you think about their crimes against the civilians when they entred the houses, killed every single men and women on the basis of ethnicity and shia-sunni prejudice? they demolished every village and city on their way, cut off the fruitful trees and left the poor people with nothing, they even took women from those areas.

we can talk about their horrible crimes after the americans later on.
