So you need a bogeyman to rally around your people to support your govt/forces instead of on the basis of the merit of operations! Doesn't that tell you something, very important?

Doesn't tell me anymore than the fact that the GoI uses Pakistan as a scapegoat in India in terms of terrorism.

At the end of the day this is about opposing terrorism - if people suspect India to be involved, as does the government, then so be it.

As I said, all I care about is that terrorists are opposed and eliminated, if India is involved, we will deal with her after we eliminate the local facilitators.

Pardon me while I puke at the notion of motivating people to battle by heaping blame on the innocent.

The Indians are not innocent, and there is no 'battle' being waged on the perceived 'innocent'.
