Boeing Starliner Spacecraft Launches on Historic 1st Mission to Space Station

WTF? The Space Shuttle flew for over 30 years. That's a lot longer than any little 3 seater sh*t you guys have flown.

Your manned "safe" program over the last 16 years has lifted a whopping 11 passengers into space. You guys have been acting like scared little girls afraid of the dark. Meanwhile the Shuttle launched 833 passengers into space.

If anything your "manned" program is a complete joke.
The sad thing is Jeff Bezos will probably send more tourists into space in one year than you accomplished in 16.
Lol... As I say typical ignorant comment which think Chinese space program will never progress beyond current state. While u all can do is just brag about past glory. China space program never killed a single people. Your space shuttle is dangerous program that has killed quite a number of people. Tell me if it's so good , why cancel and never build more? All you can do is to twist facts and hide all the problem. A d misled readers. Typical tactics by American...

Typical Chinese idiot trying to put words in other people's mouths. When/where did I say that??

Are you completely ignorant about our Space programs? Did you see the pic of the large spaceship next to the shuttle? While you are striving for 6 or 7 passengers we are aiming for dozens.

Well, while Chinese space program never killed any of their astronauts. You also need to consider the period of Chinese Space Program is still in its infancy and there aren't any astronauts to kill to begin with, while US have a manned space program that lasted for going 68 years (first manned space flight at 1961), and if you do not count Apollo 1 (Which basically a land fire due to equipment failure) US space flight death (all space flight, not just STS mission) is actually 13 (2 STS incident with 6 astronauts each and 1 died on a X-15 space flight) 16 if you also counted Apollo 1.

STS have a mission success rate of 99.8% (133/135 mission) and a fatality rate of 1.2% (12 killed with 945 onboard) during the 30 years service. I don't think that can be consider a failure.

As mentioned, STS (Space shuttle) is a very old design (Nearly 40 years, designed and build back in 1974), and unlike normal aviation vehicle, space vehicle is very complex, which mean the aging design is not going to be both safe and cost effective to maintain. That is why they never build more (They did built 6 + 1 prototype) NASA is not doing nothing to remedy the situation as many people think, they are currently building their next gen Space Shuttle. And I do think from the rate it is going, US would have their second generate STS before the China have their first, if China would build any.

An then the US change of direction form near space to outer space since late 90s/early 2000 means they do not need that many manned mission anyway, most of the NASA mission are probe during the last 20 years, either to the sun or to the edge of the universe.
