I wanted to be a wing commander because there is no actual wing commander rank in the RCAF

So how does one get the air force rank how long do you think will I get my Wing commander Rank

Select "Air Force" in the drop down in field "Rank".

You will get Wing Commander once you have reached 3000 or 5000 posts (I am not sure)..

Bad design + bad software is a killer combo ... as shown in the 737 Max

Anytime you extend the fuselage of an airplane you are dancing with center of gravity issues. Add new engines for better gas mileage and you have doubled the problem.
