You're proving my point. In response to dozens of Turks killed, they destroyed a limited number of ground assets and couple of ancient bombers. Nothing more. In the end, after the Syrian started employing air defence assets, the Turks lose a considerable chunk of their drones (some say up to 10% of their entire fleet) and they jumped and agreed to the Russian agreement. This was even a worse agreement for them compared to the previous agreement. Try to think logically for a minute. If these people truly had the upper hands, they would not be agreeing to an almost ludicrous Russian agreement.

That is a temporary fake achievement. Nothing more.The problem with his desperate attempts is that others will not go along with it long term. For as long as they stay in Syria, they'll continue to be targeted and these propaganda claims they come up with it will not always work. They sent a few UAVs into a mostly unprotected air space and they were jumping up and down as if they're the first nation to ever use UAVs. It's kind of embarrassing really. In the end, once the Syrians started to send air defences there, they lost a considerable chunk of their UAV forces. This was certainly one of major reasons they agreed to the Russian agreement. They knew if they did not, this temporary propaganda "victory" would quickly reverse once they started losing considerably more assets. What you can see as well is that the Russians and Syrians are not debunking Erdogan's "victory". They're letting him save safe in his country. It was clear Erdogan did not have the intestinal fortitude to engage in a proper conflict in Syria, he just wanted an exist option for now.
