There is a thing called civic responsibility as well ...

Is there shortage of weapons or money for religious people in Peshawar that they only appointed one guard ??

I don't want to shift blame but did this mosque administration think this is a satisfactory arrangement?

What govt shud do is force religious leaders fattening up on public donations to make satisfactory security arrangements for prayer times . Like banks are responsible of doing
