Blast in Quetta

RAW, Mossad behind Quetta blasts: Pak daily

Islamabad: India's spy agency Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) and Israel's Mossad, through their "strong network in Afghanistan", were behind the suicide attack on a Shia procession in Quetta that killed 73, an editorial in a Pakistani paper said on Sunday.

"The suicide attack on the Yaum-al-Quds (Jerusalem Day) in Quetta appears to be a carefully considered conspiracy and it must be borne in mind that both the Indian agency RAW and Israeli agency Mossad have set up a strong network in Afghanistan. It is through this network only that the Quetta rally was targeted," the editorial in the Nawa-i-Waqt said.

"It was thus that after the devastation of the floods, a new chapter of a tragedy began in Baluchistan," it added.

At least 73 people were killed and more than 150 injured in a blast that ripped through a Shia procession near Meezan chowk in Quetta on Friday. The banned Sunni radical group Lashkar-e-Jhangvi had claimed responsibility for the attack.

The editorial cited informed sources as saying that preliminary investigations into the explosions outside Karbala Gamay Shah in Lahore on Wednesday in which 35 people were killed, also indicated a conspiracy by "external agencies" and clues had been found that suggested "forces inimical to Pakistan" had joined hands to start a new campaign of destabilisation.

It said all political parties and leaders of Pakistan must take serious note of these incidents, which are a series of a "new wave of tension and terrorism" and acknowledge that their "wrong political policies" were responsible for the difficult phase the country is passing through.

Noting that former president Pervez Musharraf had cited the growing network of Indian agents in Balochistan striving to misguide the population and turn them against Pakistan, it said the present dispensation is not ready to admit to the possibility of a "foreign hand" in even the biggest terrorist outrages happening in the province.

"A move to restore rights to the people of Balochistan and to bring them in the mainstream was begun but fell hostage to the political tug-of-war between various parties and ultimately petered out. Meanwhile Indian and Israeli agents are working day and night in Balochistan to foment trouble, under the clear supervision of America, which is also helping them in this endeavour," it said, calling on all politicians to get their act together and seriously take up the challenges facing the nation.RAW, Mossad behind Quetta blasts: Pak daily

I really pitty you and your way of thinking, what makes you think the TALIBAN were so great for Afghanistan?

Lets face facts:
1) Afghanis wanted the Taliban out
2) Look at the changes in Afghanistan, from a husk of a country it has been transformed into a modern day "developing nation" with a bright future.
3) women can return to school
4) culture can flourish
5) Trade will prosper
6) If the Afghans didn't want the Americans you would have seen a civil war, they know UNCLE SAM is their best bet for the future of their country and their children.

In closing, if you like the Taliban so much go and join them. Please spare us your nonsense.

I must commend you my dear.

Really the pics are....especially the third one with those guys hanging by the necks.

I really do not understand something.

Here on PDF I've found many pakistani members advocating 'talking' and 'negotiating' with the taliban in afghanistan.

I just do not understand one thing. Why do they want for others what they would never want for themseleves.

Ask the Afghan women and children. You'll know what the taliban have done to them and their future.

It's really very sad when people advocate brutality in the name of some misguided strategic interests.

Cmon guys, this is not done. You do not join the bad guys if you can't beat them. You fight them till the end.

Just imagine if our forefathers had thought in similiar fashion in times of darkness and despair and 'talked' to the british instead of fighting them and making them leave, what kind of lives would we be having today?

We would still be slaves.

But no, they chose to fight because that was the right thing to do and gave us our freedom.

What I do not understand is, why is it sooooooooooo easy to have a few obscure cricketers video taped and caught and not get these so-called RAW punters when you (I mean the Pakistani newspapers) say that they are so well-entrenched and all over the place?

This was the handy work of a terrorist outfit, how did you manage to come to the conclusion that GoP was in any way involved in this disaster ?

I guess he meant GoP was responsible due to its flawed policies around supporting extremism in the past (Afg and Kashmir)

Some people choose to live in the past, in a world long gone, in a shell of denial. These people fail to understand that the Talibs were never "Mujahideen" or "The Muslim Army", it was all a façade, they were just strategic assets of the US and Pakistan to counter Soviet expansion. It was a covert op and "Islam" was just a cover.
No body here wants the Talibs to come rule us, those who do probably don't know what they are wishing for themselves.
I personally find it very shameful to see people say that the "Bad(TTP)" Taliban should be killed while the "Good(Afghan)" Taliban should be spared, even though they are two names for the same thing, people believe that those who kill us are wrong and those who kill others are on the path of righteousness.
What my experience with these lowlifes has taught me is that when dealing with these guys, regardless of whether they are Afghans, Arabs or locals they should be Killed with extreme prejudice

There is a certain Indian element involved but that is NOT the reason we are suffering and neither is it the most important reason we are facing this crisis, we have found evidence of more help being given to these bastards by Arab sheikhs being given to these faggots as "Donations for Holy War" than all other foreign elements combined.

Na man, nobody thinks that deep............and if you talk about Kashmir I might agree that we did try to instigate violence to bad effect but supporting violence in Afghanistan was not our intention, we just supported the Talibs so that they would stabilize Afghanistan and end the civil war, so that the refugees would go back.............turned out to be a shitty strategy.......

.
and i see nothing wrong with it - Every Nation makes mistake - US made mistake by supporting Extremism as a bulwark against Soviet Union.India supported LITE For a while until they killed Gandhi etc.
