Blasphemers are terrorists, says IHC judge

Notice how the zealots intentionally confuse supporting due process of law as support for the alleged crime. Extremely dishonest!
Isnt that what u do?? Blasphemy is a gross crime according to pakistani law yet u support those who commit it?? So arent u the ones who are confused??, arent u the defenders of criminals?? and in a country where due process and implementation of law is a rare thing, citizens there are more inclines to taking matters in their own hands, in the end its a failiure of the state, no ones else...

I support the rule of law. Anybody alleged to have committed blasphemy deserves their day in court, not to be "disappeared". If they are found guilty according to the law of the land, hang them high.

A Liberal is someone who believes in nothing and expects others to die for nothing. There you go. Now that's a statement.
And yes he expects everyone else to die for nothing yet he himself when asked the same runs away with excuses like im against voilence lol

I just want to say one thing after reading all the above comments.
GOD save Pakistan from the religious fanatics and extremists that preach violence and hate in the name of religion, brainwashing young people and telling them that to kill the infidel is the way to paradise.
GOD save India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and the world from these devil people.

PS: blasphemy law is bad because it can and it is being used to trap innocent people.
It is my humble opinion that it should be done away with as soon as possible.

And GOD is too great and merciful to be hurt by what mere mortals have to say about him.

We need laws to defend our Prophet? This is the tactic of the 'chosen ones'. Word play is always dangerous and the ones who play that game are the shysters of this world. Oy Vey! Let's all go to Israel. LOL!

LOL! I doubt it. If you took that much money you would be sunning your behind in the Costa Del Sol with some Essex tart. What's your point?

No point, sometimes satire is the best mode of pointing out your disagreement with something. :D

I'm far from fanatic, that's your false assumption! There is no attitude either. I'm moderate but will not tolerate anyone insulting not protecting those insulting my beloved Prophet S.A.W.

As I said before, those spewing venom and insults at the Prophet S.A.W and those who protect them, are the same! Equal and opposites of the TTP/BLA/Khawarij etc. Same coin, different side.

I know you're not a fanatic, this was just an insult I was obliged to return given the liberal insults in your previous post.

On the subject however, allow me to disagree with you again.

I am also a Muslim, and a follower of the Prophet PBUH, however, I would never advocate the killing of a man who insults him. The Prophet himself was insulted and abused to his own face countless times during his lifetime.

He forgave those people who insulted him, and some of those people who wronged him eventually became Muslims. No doubt he was wise to have done so, wiser than any of us.

When you respond with logic and the bounds of argument and disagreement, you have a chance to sway the person insulting, and convince even him that a follower of the Prophet is reasonable and wise. If you attack him, you'll vindicate his hate, and this is what happens, when in the west people see blasphemers being killed in Pakistan, they see us as Barbarians and their opinions of the Prophet don't improve as a result.

Your emotions are valid, but if they dictated us completely, we'd all be animals still. Use your head and avoid going to unnecessary lengths, this is my view on it and on this thread.

And those who are raged by such words, according to you they are fanatics! Whereas those who dish out those insults, what are they according to you?

So you draw no distinction between insult and murder?

Understand that what you mean by 'raged' here is murder. We're discussing this in the context of Mumtaz Qadri and blasphemy being equated to murder.

Notice how the zealots intentionally confuse supporting due process of law as support for the alleged crime. Extremely dishonest!

They seem to do this a lot.

Somehow in their minds, not foaming at the mouth and supporting murder in response to an insult. Is the same as giving the insult.

Though, I can't tell if that's clouded judgement or dishonesty, probably the former.

This world did not produce a greater coward than the 'liberal'. They believe and defend nothing. What word can you use to describe them?

Believe me buddy, if those bhensas were really picked up by the isi no way in hell they would ever have returned, isi doesnt take half measures, all evidence points towards a drama to make an issue and et attention..

Actually do u know that true liberals were people who fought wars to rid people if tyranny and unjust voilation of poor by the elite, the concept of liberty is a beautiful thing yet this 21st century liberals are actually feminine cowards used to inaction and they preach thier bullshit to get enablement, liberty in its best form is islam...

I quoted and responded to you out of love for my Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). You think its a joke?
Can you read properly? My post was in response to your absurd comment about 100 million being spent by US to subvert Pakistani media, that was the joke.

You need to keep calm and read before getting angry
.

You what? That $100 million is not a joke. That is real. You can research that if you want. That money was spent in Pakistan in the Media. Are you not even remotely curious as to where that money went?

I will re-post OP for you guys that you may know the subject to discuss.

ISLAMABAD: Reacting strongly against sacrilegious content over social media, Islamabad High Court (IHC) Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui Tuesday declared blasphemers as terrorists.

Justice Siddiqui could not control his emotions as his eyes welled up out of respect for the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) while he was dictating the ruling.

“Why is the blasphemous content present on the social media? What steps had the government taken up in this regard so far?” he raised multiple questions.

Directing Federal Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar to appear before the court in his personal capacity, Justice Siddiqui asserted the matter cannot be relegated to bureaucracy.

“I submit and sacrifice myself and all what I have including my parents, my life and job to the person of Allah’s messenger (peace be upon him),” he said adding, “If the sacrilegious pages cannot be blocked, then Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) should cease to exist.”

“Each and everything can be sacrificed for the honour of Allah’s Messenger (peace be upon him). I will close entire social media, if I have to,” he warned adding, “I hereby declare as terrorists who commit blasphemy to the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him).”
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

So the discussion is, sacrilegious content over social media and there is no mentioning of Qadri or Salman Taseer at all.

Whatever Qadri did, it was his personal approach but remember, he broke the law of the land and murdered an official of Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Just read the sentence again with logic while keeping in mind the Law of Land as well. Qadri or Salman Taseer are not the subject here. The matter highlighted is in reference to the Blasphemous content on social media that actually are causing harm to Pakistan by way of fueling rage in people based upon religious insults that can create chaos and unrest in society whereby misled people will take law in hands and can harm someone hence, any content which is in violation of law and can cause serious issues, be dealt accordingly so the peace can be maintained. Whatever the Court says, IMO and understanding, is based upon the Laws like NAP etc whereby it is defined as any activity which can harm the peace will be dealt as per law of terrorism.

No one is permitted to insult anyone here and members should refrain by doing so though posts in violation of forum rule will be dealt as accordingly.

Sir You still not answer my simple question could you allow me to abuse your family in the name of free speech?
When we love our Prophet PBUH more than our family and life.

Insult my father and mother and I will forgive you, insult my Prophet and LOL! Say it to my face, right? These people are not muslims.

As I stated earlier, part of it went in my pocket. Am I curious as to why they would give it to me? Sure. Do I complain? No, of course not, anything for Uncle Sam and his $$$.

Sorry, I couldn't resist another satirical post.
