BLA members involved in deadly ambush yesterday hunted down by ISI

.
IDK why you guys keep on sharing jeff bhai here as credible..he may be right in certain affairs but not every time...yesterday his quoted figures of casualties were way off. He had pictures of only 3 soldiers but he continued to insist that no there were 8 casualties. I had the correct number with me from 1st minute but we never give out a figure in public for certain reasons not because we could be wrong but it's about operational security.
He is good person with potential but gets distracted

Pro militant sources are saying that he was killed in an accident

Yeah similar to their handlers dying in different road accidents.

Possible footages of BLA members who were involved in deadly ambush yesterday has been found and hunted down by ISI. As per social media reports
(warning possible graphic)
Mod Edit:
Photo shared here was of an earlier time

Remember to not believe everything coming from such source & couple of more. Most of claims are either exaggerated & referred to irrelevant evidences. We to be extra cautious on the Forum especially since such discussion are shared on SM Handles.

BLA accepted its involvement right after the attack. Tweeted...but ambush, its doubt that miscreant yet killed. PA never react right away. Because its very sensitive region. Public opinion counts.Reactions comes in days and weeks.

I would have not quoted Jeff Bhai but he has quoted local journalist and these local journalists are actually quite good at their job.

If they were killed in battle, and a picture needs to be shown, then it should be a picture of where the terrorists fell as happened with the stock exchange attack.

If the terrorists are identified outside of battle, then solid evidence needs to be gathered that these suspects are indeed terrorists so that they can be punished equal to the crimes they have committed.

(If confronted while being arrested and they use gunfire then the troops can use body cameras and show footage of them respond to be being fired upon with gunfire)

If they have killed and it can be proven then they should be executed after a legal process to maintain public support in the legal process (once again, if not caught actively in the midst of battle), and if they were doing a less crime then evidence can be used to keep them from being released from jail. If enough are convicted, then it will sap the man power behind such groups and perhaps they can be used to point out who is supporting them financially or with arms.

In the long run the goal should be to stop the attacks and destroy these groups once and for all, not show a few suspected terrorists dead. (A legal framework is the Best way to maintain legitimacy in the eyes of the local population, our citizens, Us) We need to build up intelligence to go after the logistics and command and control by the local and foreign supporters of these groups. Investing more heavily in Electronic, human, and other forms of intelligence capabilities will pay off in this regard.

If we can prove foreign links, these foreign supporters can be taken down legally now that the BLA is designated a foreign terrorist organization (or at least the Pakistani government can try through its diplomatic channnels). This may help cut off money and arms going in to Baluchistan. Many of these fighters may quit if they are no longer supported from abroad, while the others can be dealt with through intelligence and heavily armed law enforcement operations.

Those that have not joined these groups but may be considering it (for financial reasons) should be convinced not to join and offered opportunities in education or vocational training, as well as preferential job opportunities in government projects in their local areas.

P.S. these kinds of pictures and videos should not be shared on social media as they can be taken out of context and used against the army. OPSEC needs to be maintained.

OPSEC also keeps the enemy guessing. No need to warn them.

BTW, this should also be another wake up call that our military and paramilitary forces need thousands more MRAPs. The British made Foxhound MRAP is one of the best (and custom made for similar terrain; Afghanistan), and signing a deal to procure it or build something similar would honor the sacrifices of our troops.

havent heard a single tweet or bayaan from imran khan-------if the govt is willing to hold talks with, BLA?--------KILLING each other aint any long term solution either?

army had made many concessions and deals with TTP in past.... why cant army and govt hold some meaning full dialogue?

or we just going to up ant the hatred between, and let the enemy use it aS further fuel of terrorism in pakistan?............we might be playing right into the hands of our beloved enemy!!!!

Agreed. I'd rather this than waste time with the terrorist supporting courts.

The government (through local power structures, job opportunities, and other policies) needs to bring back from the brink as many people that could support this movement. The military and intelligence agencies need to ferret out any foreign or domestic miscreant supporters; follow the money and arms, follow the electronic signatures of suspects, build up a legal case and use all elements of state power to reduce this movement as much as possible within the legal frameworks so as not to alienate the public.

Bringing the standard of living of the public up to the level of other parts of the country and improving the education, vocational training and hospitals will go along way to undermining the message of foreign and domestic agitators.

after all this, those that still fight the government and military through arms will be dealt with legally; arrest and sent to jail and if they engage in a gun battle can expect to be met with gunfire.

Once these reforms are underway, then the prime minister should make a speech on “a common standard of living” requiring a redistribution of funds to help underdeveloped regions of the country catch up to the rest of the country. If he makes a speech before any reforms are underway then people will expect change and become even more disheartened if it is not done fast enough. Hence the need for a plan underway before a speech.

seems like the last part--- is done in the beginning( the killings)........ and after the rebuilding of trust nd faith in system will come?
.....

while in kashmir we are still hanging to usless dialogue since 50 yrs?

Agreed, but the problem is that if they were in fact bla terrorists, courts would release them.

And don't you think maybe they were killed and then body dragged here for picture?
yes their bodies are placed here for photos
it shows us badly

its a battle of narratives
we are not preaching the converted here
but showing the outside world that our conduct is different to Indian forces in IOK.

when these picutres are picked up by international media then our criticism on indian forces becomes weak
as they also display corpses of kashmiris
we got to be different to indian occupation forces.
our worse enemies are internal elitist left wingers and Maryam Nawaz Internet group
they do the job for indians by shedding buckets of tears over such pictures.
dont blame courts
protect the judges and prepare strong prosecution not some half arsed and defective case that can be challenged by defence and thrown out by courts

once a sentence is served then many things can happen which will remove the pests due to unforseen circumstances.

I advocate against brash and crude action which can be picked up by opponents.

if there are any more details beyond claims on these terrorists then they must be shared

Quite sensible post before corona reports were there that Govt officials were meeting with Baluch nationalist leaders and many had left their hard stances, in same way lower level operatives were given incentives so many handed over their weapons, but sadly Govt focus looks to diluted now, no efforts are on surface. The similar path should be maintained on one side effective operations against terrorists and on other side efforts should be there for dialogue. But Govt and opposition should not join hands with Akhter Maingal who is source of black mailing. It's rather better to engage the nationalist leaders directly and also practical efforts should be there for economic uplifting otherwise we may see more educated youth misguided there as happened in case of two QAU students. The Pic shown is barbaric and Army should restrict such selfies.

Iranian side of border must be sealed asap.
