that will draw unwanted attention .. America is in Afghanistan protecting its air space , and they are assets for a lot of Hostile agencies who wants to hurt Pakistan, they will never let Pakistan to do Air strikes or launch CM on such targets , so we have to take them out in different ways .

Pakistan has launched airstrikes numerous times into Afghanistan... nothing new. Reason why we're not using Air Strikes is because these safe-houses are located in densely populated towns/neighborhoods.
