BJP workers topple down Statue of Lenin in Tripura

Agartala/Guwahati, March 5: The paradigm shift of powers in Tripura has started showing its effect on the people of the area.

In a shocking video, BJP supporters destroyed the Statue of Lenin constructed during the CPI (M) regime at Belonia in South Tripura District.

Following the assembly election results were announced in the state, a major political violence has gripped Tripura since last few days.

Reportedly, both BJP and CPI (M) were injured in the clash from various parts of the state.
