160 cr maybe huge for the SC judge but it is peanuts for the Reddy mining mafia in K'taka. There were rumors that they made such kind of money in a single day during the times when YS Rajasekhar Reddy (CM of Andhra Pradesh 2004-09) was backing them up as his son YS Jagan held a major stake and they were pretty much immune to all legal and political restrictions. It all came down crashing with the death of YSR but they still hold significant power because of the money they made
