Btw Delhi me toh bhag dod mach gayi hai, sare departments apni "reports" pe finishing touches daal rahein to show the incoming administration, its a common thing for all the secs to formulate reports for incoming govt. par isbar toh aise bhaag rahein to showcase their achievements as if unki jobs line pe hon if you get my meaning.
