Such is the desperation to get validation from the foreigners, that this dude was allowed inside the cockpit even when the plane was flying!

Honestly looking over the video again, its likely he wasn't in the cockpit. No way he would be in there during landing like that (as filmed). I think Sam just handed over an extra phone to Biman Staff to just film certain cockpit moments etc (And have a go pro or phone attached to side cockpit window it seems)....during landing I bet its a Biman staff (or even reserve shuttling pilot) sitting just behind the pilot+co pilot filming it.

OK yah there is purpose of the thread since you are OP, but then there is (greater) purpose of the video too. Not everyone in Bangladesh is lucky as you to migrate/born in US and earn a living there and say BD travel videos should just be entertainment....and that no one is looking for tourists.

Bangladesh sorely needs jobs and forex dividend that more (but balanced) tourism can generate...at least to some commensurate level the region has more broadly.

Sam Chui, Mark Wiens, Trevor, Indigotraveller etc, they are all doing their bit in helping BD long term by expanding its reach in the soft power mediums.

The above people's primary motivations are in all liklihood personal and financial.

Nothing to do with promoting/helping BD in anyway.

I highly doubt they are thinking about expanding BD's anything while shooting their videos.

yes ofc... no amount of sweet talk will solve any of BIMAN's problems... what needs to be taken care of is BIMAN's service... schedule and food... then concentrate on expansion and entertainment... then concentrate on business partnerships with luxury hotel chains etc

Silly Bangladeshis don't understand security and rules, I don't care who he is, a YouTube blogger must not get access to the pilot cabin on air. I won't pay for and fly in an airlines that does such shit.
