I heard about something like this about a week ago and then there were rumours on FB as well...I wouldn't be surprised if this turns out to be true. The CT minister for power has said that this issue can in no way be solved in 2 years or be brought to a manageable level as being promised. He also said that corruption ia rife and this is the most corrupt ministry.
