Whatever is decided it will be applicable after next election. So no question of PMLn ruling central Punjab unless they win majority in upcoming election if new province is created.BTW creating a new province will be a tough job in terms of time, money and efforts.PMLN will be in power in central punjab if province is formed .
Either divide all provinces or stay away from Punjab as well.
Your words shows that you're afraid of losing the power Punjab has in deciding who wins the elections. It shoes your hypocrisy and true face.If they're going to divide Punjab then they must also divide the other provinces too otherwise it isn't fair. If not then the power of majority will just go to the next ethnic population in line. I am honestly against the division of Punjab without the division of other provinces first, it'll make it easier for others to...mistreat us? I have a strong feeling we'll be mistreated if we're divided and not in the majority.
That's because they're had never been a Punjabi nationalist ideology in Pakistan because Pakistan Punjab isn't comprised of his punjabis, there is no unifying thing about Punjab. In Punjab they refer to themselves as jatt, chowdary, butt, sardar, rajputs, gujjars, awans, Arians, syeds, khatris, shaikhs and a few other. So don't go out saying that punjabis think of themselves as Pakistani first. They don't. They never have. These Balochis, Sindhis and Pathans are anti nationalists. They refer themselves from the region they belong and then refer themselves as Pakistanis whereas Punjabis are the true nationalists who refer themselves as Pakistanis first and even left behind their language Punjabi for Urdu to spread unity among Pakistanis.
This is it.These Balochis, Sindhis and Pathans are anti nationalists. The less power each province has, the better it is. Punjab has too much power, therefore it must be divided to be fair to other provinces. "The majority will just go to the next population" you just showed your true face. Shame on you. You're fine with uneven power because you're on the gaining side of this unfairness.
Punjabis are definitely more tolerant and inclusive of other cultures and traditions. And yes, other provinces should also be divided for administrative purposes, Punjab should be divided into 6 different adminstrative provinces, kpk should be divided into 3 provinces, Sindh into 3 provinces, and Balochistan into 2 provinces. No, i'm not advocating for that. What i am advocating for is that if Punjab has to be divided into many pieces then so should other provinces. Otherwise what is the point of dividing us when the will of the majority will just go to the next ethnic population in line?
Punjabis are alot more tolerant and inclusive of others but i can't say the same about other provinces. I say this as someone who has talked to Pakistanis belonging to different backgrounds. It's better to have a tolerant majority than a intolerant one.
