Your article has clearly explained the charges and evidence of those people. If organizing riots is a political prisoner, the Black Panther Party is also a political prisoner.

You can compare that. The behavior of your so-called "Chinese political prisoners" is no different from that of the Black Panther Party.

At least there is no such political prisoner as Assange in China, and there is no one in China who is jailed for his speech.

So in China, creating art that criticizes the Party is on the same plane as organizing a riot. This is why I concede that there are no political prisoners in China precisely because the Party was smart enough to make the charges vague and widely applicable enough to potentially make over one billion people political prisoners with a signature. Thats funny: if China is true communist/socialist, than how is the income inequality (as measured by Gini coefficient) very close to the US (a capitalistic unequal) country? Or socialism is not part of your communism philosophy and only limited to the authoritarian control of thinking/censors/vote and having Xi become an emperor by being elected for life (or at least till he decides to give it up voluntarily).

China's success was because capitalistic societies worked with China over the last 30 years. Or Chinese industry if stayed in the Communist times would have been exactly where it was in the 50s.

China should be proud of its accomplishments (prosperity in the cities, no starvation that kills millions, and the biggest/fastest economic development in the shortest amount of time). My issue is not against China. But people like you make China some sort of super humans and Communism as a supreme system when it was exactly the opposite of Communism that made China an industrial power.

Vietnam never got into stalemate with china in 1979, it was never chinese intention to occupy any vietnamese land. China just wanted to punish vietnam, to inflict damages to vietnamese defense line and industry near the borders, china just planned the fighting for a month and then withdrew. its more like the 1962 war with india.
