Japan building and financially assisting NE roads except Arunachal Pradesh

Japanese are helping indirectly with money and technology ..

It's up to us use the spared money and apply the technology learnt from Japanese to build road in Arunachal

I would have preferred direct assistance, no need to be reserved..
