between India and Vietnam, which country will become the next manufacture hub, next to China?

.
It's not a single country.
It's East Asia-ASEAN.
U cannot create a new chain in another subcontinent.
One country can have some of their own manufacturing for domestic need.
But if u want to produce for the world, it's impossible to escape from East Asia-ASEAN manufacturing chain.

.
i dont think so any other country can be manufacturing hub like china .. manufacturing industry will be divided among these countries

.
If you talking about manufacturing hub for global market, that will be India. They have land and larger population to handle it. Unless someone try to turn Vietnam into waste land if you get what i mean. Vietnam can be manufacturing hub which specialise in certain industry, just like SK (electronic and shipbuilding as an example).

China is only part of East Asia-ASEAN chain.
China cannot work alone without other countries in the region.

U still have to import most components from East Asia-ASEAN.
And manufacturing in the biggest consumption market is much more economical, aka the market of China/Japan/SK/ASEAN.
It's unfair to compare Vietnam to India since Vietnam is not alone in ASEAN.
RCEP is a clear sign.

It wont be Indian or Bangladesh or Pakistan....we dont have and encourage the culture of hard work. If only you can manufacture things sitting on a desk wearing white collar shirts.

India still has a chance theoretically.

Vietnam cannot be a "manufacture" hub, but an assembly hub, which it already is.

A huge population does not equal to becoming the next manufacturing hub. The general indian population lack skills, lack of infrastructure, unfriendly business laws and generally speaking lack of productivity from its workers compared to east Asian countries.

Don't compare India with Bangladesh and Pakistan in the same line.

And the reason of your conviction would be ?

I just state the reasons why India will not be the next manufacturing hub.

Skills to rule: East Asia's dominance in 43rd WorldSkills Competition in Brazil

Just see how young workers from East Asia-ASEAN achieved in WorldSkills last month.

We lack proper labor laws and land accusation bill after fixing these problems we might become a manufacturing hub.
But by looking at the amount of politics is involved in both of these fronts it ain't going to fast.
