Best hybrid cars in world market

As now in PAK we can import below 1200 cc hybrid cars without any duty I was wondering what would be the options ? Besides plus 1800 cc is also affordable at 25 % duty provided the price tag is moderate , but I am confused why they dint offer this waiver b/w 1200-1800 cc as thats the range mostly people buy if they seriously wanted to avert people from using CNG they should have made duty zero even for this category as well..

the best selling hybrid car is prius but i think it is from 1300 cc to 1800cc....i dnt think there are hybrid cars less than 1200cc

All international auto manufacturer make hybrid cars with minimum 1500cc but in future Pakistan can import TATA PIXEL hybrid car without any duty .

This all fuel efficient cry will go bust within 6 months. In Pakistan, there is no concept of keeping the service history of car or taking it to a authorized dealer, so in 6 months the engine goes bust with an average user. Who imports a 2400cc car? Not a average middle class guy.
