The second stream is classic racism and fascism which has become more popular in recent years. Just like our user vostok, the society and leadership of Russia is going back and forth between these two different ideologies.

And that's why Russia has sold her most precious defense system to Turkey even though we're in Nato and there's a certain danger that Nato could try to somehow manipulate and penetrate the system. Nevertheless, many members of Eurasianism in Moscow, including some in the military, had supported the S400 deal.

I suppose there is quite similar situation in Turkey. Secular Westernized nationalists vs Pan-Turkich and Pan-Muslim nationalists.
By the way - there is traditionally strong Pro-Western nationalists in Russia wich see Russia only as part of the West. But they have no chance because of USA - USA is European hegemone and Russia will never accept the second role.

FIFA bans this and other discriminatory gestures under its disciplinary code and once sanctioned Colombian midfielder Edwin Cardona, who resorted to the act in a friendly against South Korea in November 2017. But FIVB, the international volleyball federation, isn't known to have specific rules against racist or discriminatory acts.

The Korea Volleyball Association (KVA) will still send its complaints to both FIVB and the Volleyball Federation of Russia and demand a penalty for Busato.

"We're trying to confirm if such an act is punishable by FIVB," a KVA official said. "We decided to take these steps to ensure something like this won't occur again."

The six-page letter from Brenton Tarrant was posted this week on the website 4chan, which has become notorious as a place for white supremacists to post their views. And it comes at a sensitive time, with other alleged killers from El Paso to Norway citing Tarrant as an inspiration.

The letter appears to be written in pencil on a small notepad and is addressed to “Alan” in Russia. Much of it appears to be relatively innocuous, discussing a one-month trip Tarrant says he took to Russia in 2015. But the letter also warns that a “great conflict” is coming and uses language that could be construed as a call to arms.

Playing stupid or really limited by low 96 IQ? "Alan" is put between brackets in all the reports, as for obvious reasons, no correctional authorities would ever disclose such detail as the real identity and location address of the recipient during a trial.

And indeed, the six-page note from Brenton Tarrant was sent to a Russian supporter. Pointless to deny it.
