question (since you mentioned paya and kabab ) yummy, is this food halal? I know in india, the issue is more about veg or non-veg but when it comes to non-veg, does the restaurant specify if the food is halal or not?

they do not specify.....

but the butchers do cut bakra and then they let his blood drain....(this is halal isnt it?)
so i guess its mostly halal....

i ll ask shopkeepers if you wish

It is mostly halal meat. I have many Muslim friends, whenever they we have visited a restaurant, they confirm it and it is mostly Halal meat!!
