Simple, Indian muslims are India's responsibility and transcends the concept of ummah...just a Pakistani Hindus are your responsibility and we do not feel attached to whatever happens to them

The people of Gilgit, Baltistan and Skardu look Chinese to Indians....and in fact they are Chinese..
