Nope you are mixing two different incident Bataclan had nothing to do with Charlie hebdo, secondly attack on Charlie hebdo was an act by Radicals than why the act of cartoonists should also not considered an act based on Radicalism as they also acted out of religious hatred and provoked a whole community because their biased towards them
