I dont even think more Indians even know about 1962 war let along how many times India and Pakistan has went to war and what year. I had no clue that India and China went to war at first, and my uncles and dad dont either

China's opinion towards India is quite balanced, while India's opinions of China are overwhelmingly hostile.

The direction of hostility is quite clear.

The disparity in opinions isn't as exaggerated as you're asserting.

That doesn't matter. You think they actually surveyed the whole population? They probably surveyed at most 100,00 from every country.

Oh whatever, I live in Europe and if you look at the charts, European countries have a negative view of China, more so than India. In fact, China's neighbours in general have a negative view.

And we're discussing statistics here, not you're personal experience.

I have family in India that are totally clueless about India and China relations..

I am just happy that the polls bear out my personal experiences. I would hate to think that I am just unlucky.
