The other factor is of course that pak has different objectives and it's main priority is military over citizens. Pak will try to impose that priority on bd as west pak would potentially be the majority. (Where bd tries its best to balance the needs of people and the needs of the military).

The other thing is that pak is heavily a military ethos society so any coups and disagreements bd will face the brunt.

Both nations like so called democracy but have a history of military coups, I can forsee clashes between pak and bd.

At least he would had land law reform and end of feudalism. The very reason west pakistani elites did not want to give Mujib the control of west pakistan.
It was done right away after 1947 in East Pakistan. So did it happen in West Bengal in India
