BD citizens are treated with respect, which they deserve, when they visit India with proper travel documents. Illegals from anywhere BD, Myanmar, etc are not welcome. As simple as that.

But all three clauses are not met one bit....this becomes a social drain and net negative fiscal burden....given India has oversupply/overcompetition already in what these BD illegals bring to the table skill and presence wise.
