We do not allocate 58 percent of development budget on beautifying Dhaka, still most of it don't look that bad. At least not something which we understand to be a slum.

You assemble jets with foreign part because you chose to. We don't because we chose not to. We never saw a need to do so. Had their been a need we could do it with Chinese assistance, there is nothing superior about Pakistani industry or education compared to Bd. It matters not what you make in Pakistan, it matters only how much money you can make with those manufactured goods exported in dollar terms. Which pays for Army, Navy, Air Force budgets among other things.
