Since you are quick to latch onto GDP per capita at PPP, BD has gone from roughly 50% of Pakistan level in 2000 to around 80% now. Only a few more years before BD surpasses Pakistan.
Just take a look at the fastest growing 100 million population economy in the world and try and learn from it rather than this major case of butt-hurt.

Pakistan is about 4 times smaller than India. India is approximately 3,287,263 sq km, while Pakistan is approximately 796,095 sq km. What exactly are you comparing here?

We've been facing similar calamities since the country was created. You have regions where your military has classed them as like 'war zones', which is definitely true. We've been going through daily Hartals, natural calamities, kidnappings, political instability.

I agree, the past 15-20 years have not been nice to Pakistan. But I feel like sometimes you guys do this to yourself. Our people came to the UK from a war torn country in 1971 our grandads and grandmas, mothers and fathers were given refugee status, but the Pakistani community was here in good time and the first wave came as doctors, engineers but still today the Pakistani community is more or less the same, have the same social problems etc.

By the way, I'm more than happy if Pakistan does better than BD because it should be a matter of happiness when Pakistan, whom we once shared some history with is now excelling other nations. Likewise it should be the same for you guys.

Pakistan may have had a agreement with the U.S for deployment of drones, but everytime the U.S tried to screw Pakistan it got paid back, they haven't lost thousands of soldiers and spent a trillion+ in Afghanistan for nothing.

And Yes Pakistan is a strategically important country, its building up its nuclear arsenal, it has a top 20 significant military, its currently building up its infrastructure and is in the process of implementing its plans alongside allies like China, Turkey etc for the future
