We are fair to women, we are fair to minorities, we are fair to the elderly ( BD provides an allowance to the elderly) and to the disabled.

When Urdu was to be imposed as our official language we fought for our fair right. When Mujib won the election in 1970 we agitated for a fair share of power.

Don't confuse being fair-minded with being feminine.

I'd deign the thought that there is way less Islamic influence in the Upper class in Bangladesh compared to the resurgence of Hinduism in the Indian upper class in some cases...
