If you mean chakma, potential Bongobhumi andolonkaris and BAL then yeah I agree they are terrorist. Other than that there are no terrorist in BD.

BD army need to build up a guerilla unit specializing in typical guerilla warfare. These divisions should be heavily armed with light artilleries if necessary and must be trained like commandos similar to the level of the Israelis. We should also increase our number of active troops to at least 1 million
(army, navy , AF combined).

By saying "terrorists" I meant separatists like Shanti Bahini. As for other small time terrorists, deploying the army is an overkill, lol.
