Baluchistan govt admits Arslan appointment was not on merit

It's an admission by the Baluchistan ruling party Chairperson that Arsalan appointment had nothing to do with merit and was on recommendation by his father Ex CJ iftikhar Chaudhry.

Moreover it was govt who under pressure from social media forced Arsalan to resign (July 7, 2014)
