No, it is in East Jerusalem..that All Muslims recognize as the capital of Palestine..So the Australian move is not like the US one..it implicitly recognize that East Jerusalem is not the capital of Usrael..

But point to be noted is that they are accepting the illegitimate kingdom of israel.. whether the capital is in Western Jerusalem, or Eastern Jerusalem or within the boundaries of Masjid Al Aqsa, it doesn't matter anymore.. Once you accept that the capital is ok in any part of occupied Falesteen, you have accepted the kingdom of israel, the cursed nation..

There is a UN resolution on the borders of 1967..The UN recognizes Usrael as such..
