Bad Request Error

I'm trying to access PDF from my office (behind a proxy) and I'm getting a 400 Bad Request error.

It says:

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.

Please help

what are your office timings? why dont you check from home without a proxy

I'm accessing from my phone without a proxy.

And the website works fine from home on the same computer, same browser without a proxy.
