Baby girl dies after being 'denied entry' at Civil Hospital during Bilawal visit

Should have read the whole post.

I did, probably would have been helpful to quote the 1st post of the news article last line saying the 'gift' bullshit.

As far as your question of court case don't bet on it.

The statement of 15-20 minutes doesn't included the photo session of waving to blind rats who sell their children's future so his unborn children can be sent to Oxford.

Not reading any post but just from title..
till when people will take this scu***gs anymore. Human life is most valuable thing given to us by god and if anybody is responsible to take one , they should be punish. Specially this ******** should be thrown in prison and deny him a single ray of light for rest of life. Killing someone is not a answer from civilized society and that will contradict what we stand for.

No by point it out. Pakistan-Americans/Brits/French/ etc have seen 2 sides of the coin. Even in America, the Presidential Motorcade permits the passage of Emergency vehicles, which includes Ambulances, even if President Obama is visiting a hospital, patients are allowed in.

You compare the life of the Leader of the Free World with that of a illiterate spoiled brat.

Rather than working against this culture, you have allowed it. Coming to PDF/facebook/twitter/ forums to speak out against corruption, to speak out against VVIP culture, to speak out against but when push comes to shove you idiots vote for the same lanats that sell your resources for pennies.

You have sold the future of Pakistan, you all just don't know it. Just go celebrate having a nuclear bomb. Pretty soon you probably wouldn't even have that. You don't deserve that power anyways.
.

The people who voted for these bunches, got what they deserve, if you don't know then i tell you that the person was from lyari, which sees these bhutto's as gods.
You tell me what to do when you give vote, but it gets stolen, where to go when courts are sold out, where people who are victims gets sold on small incentives, like in this where he has accepted the offer of gov job.

Sounds like you dont know how much power the people of Pakistan hold. Don't worry, the people of France were just like Pakistanis. Then this happened.

KARACHI: A ten-month-old girl died on Wednesday as doors of one of Karachi’s biggest public medical facility, Civil Hospital, were closed as part of security measures taken for Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari’s visit.

Bisma breathed her last after her parents security guards refused them entry to the Civil Hospital’s emergency department for over an hour. “I brought my 10-month-old daughter who was suffering from a breathing illness to the Civil Hospital’s Emergency Ward but security guards did not allow me inside,” Bisma’s father told reporters.

The parents of the deceased girl expressed their angst over the unfair treatment of the hospital’s authorities and demanded justice from the government.

Doors of the hospital were closed for patients and people were caught in hours-long traffic jam as part of security measures taken for the PPP chairman and Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah’s visit. The PPP leaders were invited to visit a newly built trauma centre in the government facility which is most visited by the city’s impoverish citizens to seek cheap medical treatment.

However, a Bilawal House spokesperson denied the news. “Bilawal Bhutto Zardari’s visit lasted just for 15 to 20 minutes and the road to the trauma center was different than that of Civil Hospital where some news channels have reported about the girl’s death,” Jameel Soomro said.

“Bilawal Bhutto Zardari visited the trauma center, inaugurated and returned within 15 to 20 minutes without any traffic jams or protocol,” he added. Further, the spokesperson upheld that Bilawal does not need security protocol and some “elements are targeting his visits and generating negative media coverage.”

Further, Bilawal ordered the Sindh government to conduct an impartial inquiry into the incident.

“A transparent inquiry should be conducted into the reported death and complete findings should be made public,” the PPP chairman said. “Anyone found responsible must be taken to task.”

Later, speaking to newsmen after the inauguration of the trauma centre outside the Civil Hospital, Qaim Ali Shah said the newly built centre is the biggest facility in the province.

The chief minister further said the trauma centre is a gift to the people of Karachi from PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and its co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari.

In the end only the security official will be punished, if the case does make it that far. And 2 days after it, people will forget not only the root cause of the incident but the incident itself.

Dear Bisma, you will be forgotten and there will be more like you

I am sorry you will not be able to see your parents' faces as they watch you walk for the first time.

Dear Bisma,

Although there is much uproar as to how tragically you passed away yesterday, it is unfortunate that in a few days’ time, this case, like every other, will be dusted under the carpet and forgotten as a new Bisma will come into being. It never stops.

I hope wherever you are, there is justice. I am glad you do not have to grow up knowing that the lives of us citizens are not as important as security protocols. I am glad that you are not subjected to the violence you may have faced like more than three-fourths of our women do, or that you will never know what it feels like to go hungry or feel like you are fainting without basic necessities such as electricity and water in the heat.

You will not be robbed; you will not shake each time you stand alone at a bus stand, because really, anything can happen. You will not walk on the same ground that has soaked up so much blood, nor will you have to piece back your life when it is shaken by a bomb blast. Heaven may be your best chance at education, because here, it is taboo to go to school, especially for girls.

But I am sorry. I am sorry you will not be able to see your parents’ faces as they watch you take your first step, or the tired face of your father when he comes back home each day trying to earn enough for yourschool fees. I apologise that you cannot climb into your mother’s arms after a hard day, because Bisma, she loves you so much. There will not be any secret treats slipped to you by your family, no whispered gossip to your friends. You will not know how it feels to wear lipstick for the first time, to watch Karachi’s sunsets, to sit at the beach and feel the sand. You do not know how this city lights up, or how the world will one day look at Pakistan and salute.

Bisma, you’re gone, and I do not know how your family will cope, or how you would have affected this world. But Bilawal Bhutto passed safely and he will find a loophole out of the inquiry.

Do not let him. Ask God, please, to give our people strength. To those who can read behind a screen, bring others out onto the streets and do not let the killers of our children get away. We cannot lose any more Bismas, we simply cannot afford for any more lives to be lost.

How much more can this land take? Have mercy, please.

Love,

A Pakistani girl
