This is was used by the AirForce for the VIP transportations. Nicely Maintained so far it looks

Curious, isn't that the plane Nawaz used to use as PM? It should be in decent shape then. I've seen quite a few KC-130s here (707s) in great shape.

PAF is operating two 707s, one in VIP configration and other in cargo. But as this aircraft getting obselete elsewhere, and spare/maintenance support is getting difficult and expensive, PAF might get rid of these beautiful birds soon
