Iranian and Azerbaijani border guards will hold military exercises along the border zone.

The relevant article is reflected in the Memorandum of Understanding signed by the two countries' deputy border service chiefs in Ardabil, APA reports quoting “Iran News” agency.

Note that, the two countries' deputy border service chiefs signed the MoU on increasing mutual cooperation on strengthening border security.

Iran's Deputy Border Service Chief Brigadier General Ahmad Garavand and his Azeri counterpart Colonel Farhad Tagizadeh signed the Memorandum of Understanding.

A dictatorship could not be the reason to stop us from developing our friendship relation with neighbor nations. The fact is all government, regardless of the quality they have, should justify their action for their nation. None of our neighbors nation should consider Iran as enemy. In that case governments have to respect their nations.
