Thakurgaon, Mar 28 (bdnews24.com) – Thakurgaon district Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Mawlana Abdul Hakim is being kept under watch, after his name was found to be on a list of alleged war criminals, police said on Sunday.

But questions are being raised as he was reportedly only 11 years old in 1971.

According to various reports, Hakim is on the list of 36 war criminals in Thakurgaon.

"He is being kept under watch as his name came up in war criminal lists of various investigation organisations and news media," Thakurgaon police super BM Harun-ur-Rashid said.

"Hakim's house has not been surrounded; police have been deployed for his own security. He can go outside if he wants to", the police super said.

Meanwhile, Baliadangi upazila chairman and Awami League general secretary Probir Kumar Roy said that he had known Hakim for a long time as they were both from the village of Ziabari.

"He was only 11 years old, a student of class six at Kalmegh Madrasa in 1971," the local AL leader said.

Hakim also issued a statement to journalists with a copy of his national ID. He said there was no chance of him being a war criminal as he was only 11 then.

He said he became involved with Jamaat-e-Islami in 1985.

His name was included in the 'war criminals list' to harass him politically, Hakim said in his statement.

Knowing BDnews.24's anti-JI stance very well, I couldn't find the rational for it to disseminate above news by surpassing even more shocking one of JI's Dhaka City Amir, Rafiqul Islam's enlistment as war criminal at the age of below 10. Perhaps Thakurgaon's Amir's age was more than 11 but BDnews.24 got a false statement from Awamy leader Prabir Kumar Roy, so later when through unscientific medical test he would be proven as adult then thousand other real under-aged issues would get over-powered by sheer Media lies. And look at the timing of Army deployment(National) under the pretext of " To secure of smooth water supply" issue. By similar fashion hybrid and shallow IUA ordered army deployment before 1/11's drama to thwart BNP-JI's coming back to power. This time, there shouldn't be any doubt that they would aid RAWAMY criminals to provide Victor Justice against JI leaders. The Rawamy-Commie Munafik army and AL would get away by taking revenge against Baathist's type by Israelies due to world power's disliking of Islamic+nationalistic politicians. Neither U.S's nor EU top brasses would sincerely warn AL to provide justice since aversion against Islam in West became unpresedented after 9/11. Even PAK or Chinese wouldn't come to rescue them as PAK became a slave nation of anti-Islam and Chinese commie's coldness reached at all time low IMO. So, this was the ripe time for IND and AL to finish their arch enemies off by spreading smoke screen of War Crime's magnetude, while in real world trying the most honest in society for the "Bogus crime against Humanity".

Well in a case where the person does have wisdom teeth then offcourse that test can be done. I am just attempting to establish whether it is regarded as a credible test in other countries. Any knowledge anybody ?
