Actually, if you have higher composition of service sector, it already means there's lower composition of industrial sector. Because in total, all three sectors need to add upto 100% of economy.

but... There is a problem with your industrial structure. You have a very high service industry. But the manufacturing industry is almost zero.... Almost all industrial products depend on imports. This is why you are a backward country.
