go to User CP on ur top left

choose Edit Options in ur left tab.

scroll down to "Messaging & Notification "

check "Enable Private Messaging"

I think i have fixed up all the permissions, if you dont have any permission let me know. The only thing i have disabled with intention is the signatures.

Because we have converted most of the things have went to default, so now we are going to customize etc. So you might want to change your birth dates if you want to.

Also i would suggest everyone to go to options and fix something. Like personal messaging, avatar display, tags display, etc.
