No. North Korea does not -- yet -- have a functional nuclear ICBM.

I just think it is funny that people here thinks Trump is as nutty as Kim. Personally, I do not like Trump. But then again, I do not like ANY of the US Presidents since I was old enough to vote back in 1982.

For starter, Trump has decades of experience in dealing with people. Kim has not.

Trump knows what it is like to be restrained. Kim does not.

Trump must work within the system to get what he want. Kim is the system and do whatever he want.

Trump is answerable to the American public in three yrs. Kim is accountable to no one.

Trump is limited by the US Constitution. Kim is limited only by his whims.

So actually, which should be the one most likely to be labeled 'crazy' ?

I can't say what could be better alternative but I will not support a war and kill millions of people on a threat of having nukes ,Kim is at least smart enough to know that if he use nuke that will be his last day on earth along with his army and supporters.

Trump is not a suitable person to handle such situations and he proved from his decisions so far , trump is good negotiator but he is not good initiator .

What I feel trump and Kim are same in many sense ..
-Kim and trump both are lose mouth
-Kim and trump both are not mentally fit to have control of nukes
-Kim and trump both see war as some call of duty game
-Kim and trump both are threatening each other

USA is different from NK, mature and know the devastated effects of war that include nukes . so I won't except sensible approach from Kim but from Pentagon.
Trump knows that if he attacked north Korea ,in retaliation USA main land is safe (most likely). But real fear is on south Korea and Japan.

I actually don't think he's bluffing. People thought he wouldn't attack Syria and he did. Wouldn't surprise me at all to see the US attack North Korea's nuclear and missile launch facilities as a "warning" to Kim, and any further escalation from Kim would equal the regimes destruction.
