They are facing the threat of becoming a minority in the Assam where Bengalis are already the biggest ethnic group. 45i% is already Bengali hindus + Muslim.
In which more than 25% are Muslim Bengali. These Assamese first attacked non Ahom people regardless of religion but faced backlash from mainland India. Later they changed the tactics and labelled all Muslim Bengali as infiltrator and gained some support from Hindu fanatics. If they could even get rid of 10% of the Bengali population then their numerical supremacy will get ensured.

Last time I checked India tried to push people inside Bangladesh and had to back down like puuusssies when BD Govt. sealed the border. Don't repeat the humiliating act again

Was it before or after the current servant lady got appointed? She knows she will need to bend over this time if she knows whats good for her. Give aadhar a cpl more years.

Right now the focus is the fencing to put as much a halt as possible to the inflow. We will create the outflow en masse later. Its always good to give the servant some more time to make her position weaker domestically first. We are in no rush since we are extracting billions of dollars from BD each year in the meantime....it remains a net profitable exercise in the short term till we put the long term action into effect.

As long as she keeps the billions of tribute money flowing, we will allow her to remain. We will get her to say yes without much effort when the time comes and we have the illegals identified and ready to be pushed back into BD. In the mean time the fence starts.

What is the problem for Bangladeshis if India fences its borders ? The major reasons for fencing are illegal immigration of muslims, smuggling and illegal cattle trade. It is India's borders to fence.
