This woman not once but multiple times confessed that she insulted and asked for apology [amnesty]. If she was Muslim, I doubt she would be even alive for insulting hinduism. She was taken to an imam they first asked her if she did it, which she accepted and then was handed over to police. Mosques remained closed in the area and the response grew more angry. Blasphemy verdict was upheld by 2 courts, thelower and the LHC.
This version is the one that is known to most. This will be taken as a won for islamophobia and legalization to mock and abuse islam. Keep your ch*tiyaapa, and don't twist information. We all know the issues LHC is not panchayat Lower court was also no tpanchayat where she accepted she insulted willingly and now apologizes. Why did she accept amnesty petition if she is not fool to face consequences. I think most know the case and its available on this site also.
